Juraj received an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and an engineering degree from the University of Nitra. In 1997, he took up the position of Executive Director for Planning and Controlling at Český Telecom and, from 2001, he held the position of Vice President for Finance and Support Services. From 2003 to 2009, he became the first Vice President of the Board of Directors and, between 2006 and 2009, he was the Executive Director of Telefónica O2 Slovakia. He has held a broad portfolio of financial controller positions at Johnson & Johnson in the United States and the Czech Republic and was CFO of Globtel, part of the France Telecom Group, and an investment partner in software engineering. Since January 2019, Juraj has been the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CETIN.

Tomáš has been active in the telecommunications industry for over twenty years. He was involved in the project of separating the telecommunications infrastructure department into CETIN a.s., which created significant financial value for shareholders. He was responsible for obtaining the mobile license and subsequently for launching O2 activities in Slovakia. At O2, he held various managerial positions since 2003, particularly in the area of corporate and commercial finance, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of O2 Czech Republic. Before joining O2, he worked for the consulting firm Deloitte.

Jan Menclík graduated from the Czech Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering. As part of his studies, he also completed a one-year internship at the University of Valencia in Spain. After graduation, he joined Deloitte, where he first worked in the audit department and then moved into financial consulting with focus on M&A. In 2016, he joined ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION as Chief Financial Officer and after the takeover of the company by PFF Group, he became a member of the ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION Board of Directors responsible for the financial management of the entire group. Since 2022, he has been the of CFO of CETIN a.s.
