Sustainability training will be introduced throughout CG and we aim for 100 % senior management participation and at least 50 % employee participation by 2024.
Supplier engagement plan in 2024
Till the end of 2024, we will develop a plan that will set out procedures for engaging in dialogue with key suppliers on the alignment of our values on climate change, environment, ethics, health, safety, and product stewardship.
Whistle–blowing channel for all stakeholders
We will establish a Whistle–blowing mechanism for all stakeholders.

Our holding company PPF Telecom Group has prepared an online course on sustainability that consists of 5 different modules and is accessible to our employees from November 2023.
Supplier engagement plan
We are developing a comprehensive supplier engagement plan. Our holding company PPF Telecom Group has established Supplier Code of Conduct to start to align our values on climate change, ethics, human rights protection, health and safety, and product stewardship with our key suppliers. To get this right, we will collaborate with our peers and industry experts to align with industry best practices. We have completed the Supplier Code of Conduct that we published in Q4 2023.
Whistle–blowing channel for all stakeholders
We are updating our Whistleblowing policies to be fully compliant with the requirements of our holding company PPF Telecom Group and good industry practice. In Czechia we have introduced dedicated Whistleblowing channel that is fully compliant with local legislation. All our stakeholders can directly access whistleblowing channel from our website, allowing reporting directly to our holding company, PPF.
