Understanding our employees and customers. We improve customer engagement processes to help us collect and incorporate feedback and continually improve our services and products. To further enhance our corporate culture, employee engagement, and relationship productivity, we will improve interaction with employees and take the time to understand what affects and motivates them.

Robust well-being program

The well-being program is designed with a strong emphasis on enhancing the overall physical and mental health of employees. Simultaneously, the program aims to foster a healthy work-life balance for all employees. It encompasses a wide range of activities, including sports matches, exercises, seminars, and workshops on healthy eating, and mental health.

We will secure injury prevention programs in place designed to keep injuries classified as severe or fatal at zero.

Equal opportunities for everyone

We will introduce modules aimed at encouraging women to develop their careers at CETIN Group and increasing female representation in managerial positions.

Regular employee surveys

We have achieved 71 % participation in surveys with our employees we performed in 2022, addressing the most frequent concerns of our employees as a response to their feedback.

Robust well-being program

Robust well-being program

In 2022, we organized a total of 32 activities (7 in CZ; 6 in RS; 8 in HU, and 11 in BG). The program proved to be popular among our employees: when measuring employee satisfaction with the program for 2022 on a scale of 1 to 10, we received the following results: CZ - 8.3; BG - 8.9; HU - 9.6; RS - 8.4. So far in 2023, we have had a total of 19 events (5 in CZ; 5 in RS; 5 in HU, and 4 in BG).
